Slow and Steady Builds Strong Foundations

You have to stabilize your foundation before you can build your dream house.  Fast growth is RARELY a good idea, even if there is a magazine called Fast Company.

So still your beating heart, slow down, and focus on first stones first:

Customers.  Income.  Sustenance.

    I agree that a foundations is essential. In my world – higher education – we have to be sure that we have all the pieces in place before we launch a new project, and we have to be especially careful that we don’t pile on too many projects at the same time, or the whole house could tumble down.
