Each January first, we wipe the slate of our past in anticipation of what we want in the new year. It’s an annual life do-over. This year, I’m creating a feel-over instead.
Sure there’ll be plenty of doing (what with my New Thang in the works), but I liked this post from Kris Carr, who challenged her staff to imagine how they want to feel in the coming year. She uses Danielle Laporte’s The Desire Map, to expand the impact of this novel thinking (at least new when applied to a business context) to create a more rewarding culture in our companies and the ripples beyond.

The best part about do-overs (er, feel-overs) is that you needn’t wait till the calendar gives you permission to change. Every moment is a chance to choose again.
