I’m Fired

That’s it — I’ve had it with myself. I complain constantly about bookkeeping and moola-record maintenance, yet continue to whine my way through each week without change. So, Dode: “You’re Fired.”

Laura Roeder, social media gurette, suggests sluggish pace is an indicator you might not be the best person for the job.

Firing myself (or what some might call delegation) seems more definitive than at some point… perhaps… possibly… planning to delegate those things that aren’t my best work. Sign me: “Relieved to be relieved of duty.”

Homework: Why should you fire yourself? How might you get the work done another way?

I’ve known Dodie a long time. She is very dedicated and a diligent worker. I encourage you to give her a second chance before firing her.

Glad to hear Anne’s post inspired you to take some action!
