Reason to Celebrate

It’s been two years since my first blog post, and tomorrow I’m celebrating with my fabulous team by planning our next year’s growth. I know what’s up my sleeve, but can’t wait to see what these talented humans will pull out of their party hats.

When building a business, look for every reason to celebrate!  Build progress parties into your special projects, and remember that final flourish at the end. It keeps all motivated when the haul is long.

Even, nay especially, if you’re a sole proprietor, find some peers who get it – aka other business owners and vendors who contribute to your progress– and put your party hats on together.

Homework:  Your celebration might be the typical hats, horns and cake, but it doesn’t have to be. In the comments below, post your favorite way to celebrate when you hop the high hurdles.
