Better to Ask Permission

Getting permission from a client before providing services assures no financial surprises for either of you!  When a client asks for a change, the answer always is “Yes, AND let me find out what that will cost…” Asking for forgiveness later, or in this case payment, could leave you holding a slow pay receivable, a grumpy client conversation, or a bad debt.
